I noticed a significant problem: talented students from non-metro areas were missing out on in-demand tech jobs. They lacked the right training and opportunities. I faced challenges in bridging this gap, but I believed it was possible.

I began experimenting with ServiceNow programs, leveraging my IT experience. I tailored coaching sessions to suit the unique needs of these students. The results were promising. Many of them started landing jobs they had only dreamed of before.

These outcomes fueled my mission. I founded RiseUp India to take what I know and solve this problem for good. I want to create a future where location is no barrier to success. By empowering non-metro students with the right skills, we can unlock their true potential and transform their lives.
